What are my Student Email username and password?

Your student email is a Microsoft Outlook account. Outlook uses the same username and password as your other student accounts. Visit the Logging In page for more information on how to access Outlook.

Where are the links to my Student Email?

Your Outlook account can be accessed by using the Quicklinks button located in the top right corner of the Isothermal Homepage. The Student/Employee Login Link will be displayed under the Quicklinks menu. You will need to enter your Isothermal email address and password to sign in.

What do I do for a forgotten password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by using this link: Student Password Reset

My user name and password doesn't work. How can it be fixed?

How long should I wait before resending an email to an instructor?

You should allow up to 24 hours for a response. You can then resend in case the message was deleted or never delivered.

What is the domain name for Student Email?

The domain is @student.isothermal.edu.

Can I get my email on my smart phone?

Yes, the Mobile Device Email Setup will help set this up.
