If you are experiencing issues with a page not loading correctly, it may be beneficial to clear your cache in your browser to remove any files or cookies that were temporarily saved by your computer.
In Google Chrome, clearing the cache is done via the Clear browsing data area in Settings.
Menu button (the icon with three stacked dots) followed by
More tools and finally
Clear browsing data or go to
Clear Data button.
Menu (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser) >
Clear browsing data
Cached images and files" and "
Cookies and other site data" check box and then select the
History at the top of the screen, followed by
Clear recent history from the menu
Clear history button.
