Quality Enhancement Project (QEP)

The Quality Enhancement Plan, entitled "Patriot Pathways: Your Journey to Success" is focused on the guided pathways framework. The topic was identified through ongoing, comprehensive planning and evaluation processes; has broad-based support of institutional constituencies; focuses on improving specific student success outcomes; commits resources to initiate, implement, and complete the QEP; and includes a plan to assess achievement.

According to the Community College Research Center (CCRC), guided pathways is a whole-college redesign model designed to help all students explore, choose, plan, and complete programs aligned with their career and education goals efficiently and affordably. Hundreds of colleges are implementing guided pathways reforms to improve student completion rates, close equity gaps, and increase enrollments in an increasingly competitive environment.
