The Board Meetings are held in the Tanner Room of the Foundation Performing Arts Center at the Rutherford Campus unless otherwise specified below:

• October 1, at 12:30 p.m. - Called Meeting
• October 29, Conference at 9:00 a.m. and Meeting at 12:30 p.m.
• December 17, at 10 a.m. Meeting will be followed by lunch with faculty and staff
• March 25, 2025, Conference at 9 a.m. & Meeting at 12:30 p.m. 
• April TBD for Budgeting with Rutherford County Commissioners
• May 20, 2025 at 12:30 p.m.
• July 8, 2024 at 12:30 p.m.
