Testing Services

Our comprehensive testing services encompass a variety of assessments, including placement evaluations, Health Sciences, BLET admissions tests, high school equivalency exams, and proctoring for distance education students enrolled in external institutions.

On testing day

Our testing services are conveniently situated in the heart of the college campus within the Student Center. To access the Student Center through the west entrance, proceed down the first hallway on your right, and find our Testing Room designated as number 30.

• Bring a current photo ID
• Phones must be turned off and placed in the assigned area
• Calculators are provided
• Upon completion of the assessment, your results are available immediately
• You are required to arrive 15-20 minutes before testing is scheduled to begin. Testing Center doors will close five minutes before the scheduled test time. Once closed, no entry is allowed.

Cancellations/Inclement Weather Guidelines

Testing will not take place due to campus closure and/or delays, notification can be found on the college homepage. 

If delays should occur, and for your safety, please contact our office at 828-395-1436 to confirm your testing session will continue.
