Isothermal Works is launching a three-week summer pre-apprenticeship program designed for rising seniors and graduating seniors who are interested in exploring careers in manufacturing or gaining a strong head start in the field. Throughout the program, participants build durable, real-world skills that employers value, including professionalism, effective communication, and teamwork. Students also develop essential life skills such as financial literacy and resume building, preparing them for success both on the job and in everyday life. By the end of the program, participants leave with increased confidence in their ability to enter the workforce, a CPR/First Aid certification, and an official pre-apprenticeship certificate. In addition, students have the opportunity to tour local companies and connect with potential employers, gaining firsthand insight into career pathways available in their community.
