Ribbon cut for new Agribusiness Center

SPINDALE (October 8, 2019) — The ribbon was cut for the grand opening of the new Isothermal Agribusiness Center at 671 Oakland Road today. The complex includes a barn with teaching space, a greenhouse and fenced pasture. It will accommodate the college’s agribusiness and equine programming including the new equine- assisted therapy program. Pres. Walter Dalton thanked the partners who helped fund the project including Golden LEAF, Appalachian Regional Commission, Cannon Foundation, and Carolina Farm Credit.
