*Tuition and fees for all courses (Term, 1, Term 2, and Full Term) are deducted from your total anticipated aid at the beginning of the semester. This could mean that your refund will be available on the financial aid distribution day after you have started your Term 2 classes. Once your attendance is verified for each term, refund checks are calculated and disbursed in accordance with the disbursement dates above. Additional funds may be available if the late start course(s) increase your aid eligibility. Please review pages 12-13 of the Be Great in 8 booklet for common financial aid scenarios.
Need help understanding more about what your financial aid check disbursement might look like?
In order for aid to be available for a particular semester, the student's financial aid file and admissions file must be complete by the specific dates outlined above. It is the student's responsibility to ensure their file is complete by following the steps outlined below to secure financial aid at the time of registration.
Please note: Steps may take 2 - 4 weeks to complete. Please plan accordingly.
Students who complete a financial aid file after the payment date may experience delays receiving aid and should be prepared to pay for tuition out-of-pocket. Qualifying students may receive reimbursement at a later date.
