Isothermal Community College utilizes online tools as part of the service provided to its students. These tools include Microsoft Outlook, Moodle, and Patriot Port.
Assistance from the Help Desk is available in Room 5 of the Student Center, located on the main campus (the Rutherford campus) at Isothermal Community College. Walk-ins are accepted. If you would like to schedule a face to face meeting with the IT Help Desk please contact the Help Desk before arriving at the Student Center.
The Help Desk is available Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. If you require assistance after 4:30 pm Mon-Thu, a representative is available at 828-395-1437 or icchelpdesk@isothermal.edu until 5:30 pm. You can contact the Help Desk by phone or email and should be sure to provide your student ID or the last four digits of your social security number in the message. Messages and e-mails received after the hours of operation will be handled on the next day of operation.
