Refund of Student Activity Fee

Refund for students shall not be made unless the student is, in the judgment of the institution, compelled to withdraw for unavoidable reasons. In such cases, the student activity fee may be refunded if the student withdraws within 10 calendar days after the first day of classes as published in the catalog. Refunds will not be made after that time. The student may be allowed credit for un-refunded fees if he applies for readmission during any of the next two semesters and petitions in writing to be allowed such credit.
