Governance of the College
Duties and Authority of President
The Board of Trustees shall elect a president of the institution to serve as the chief administrative officer in accordance with Chapter 115D-20(1) of the General Statutes of North Carolina.
The President is charged by the Board with full responsibility and authority for the operation of the college pursuant to state and federal statutes, policies, rules, and regulations, and the policies of the Board of Trustees.
