  • Institutional Benchmark and reviewed by President’s Council and then reported to the Board of Trustees and employees
  • Review Mission Statement
  • Deans develop departmental planning goals
  • Review Departmental Missions statement (5 year intervals)
  • Course Syllabi submitted to Departmental secretary
September     
  • Program coordinators/ Lead Instructors submit Assessment Plan Summary Part I submitted to Department Dean/Director
  • Lead Instructors review Program Matrix (5-year intervals)
December

Instructors collect portfolio essays in Capstone Courses for review

 January

Course Syllabi submitted to Departmental secretary

 April 

Program Indicator data provided to Deans/Directors for inclusion in Departmental Executive Summary

 May
  • Lead Instructors review program indicators and submit modification plans if indicated
  • Lead Instructors submit general education findings and modifications
  • Instructors collect portfolio essays in Capstone Courses for review

Program coordinators/Lead Instructors submit Assessment Plan Summary Part II to Department Dean/Director
